Customer Retention and Growth Manager
We are looking for a key team member to lead our pre- and post-sale participant recruitment efforts for teachers, coaches, and principals and to interact with existing clients and stakeholders to identify retention and new business opportunities. This is a full-time, remote (work from home) position that also requires occasional travel (up to 10%) to client sites and events across the US.

What you’ll love to do
Build collaborative "bridges" with school and district staff targeted for EdConnective programs as a administrator, participant, or leader - communicate the value provided by participating in their specific EdConnective program.
Secure participant buy-in pre- and post- sale - acknowledge and understand any hesitations while passionately motivating and showcasing the value gained by participating in their program. Specifically build trust and confidence that EdConnective is a personal, must-have resource.
Quickly build rapport with individuals at all levels of the school or district EdConnective partnership (district leaders, principals, coaches, and teachers), understand their key motivators and objectives, and align those key items to specific offerings inside their program.
Utilize creativity, perseverance, and industry insights to communicate the benefits of chosen programs to participants and administrators and identify any barriers to their success and participation.
Work and foster relationships with the Growth, Implementation and Product teams to create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Foster an environment of aspiration, excitement, and action with participants and their associated programs.
An ideal candidate could also bring
Experience and comfort with selling and sales conversations and an ability to readily suggest additional services aligned with the overall account plan.
Experience working with a vendor who sells into the K12 education sector.
Experience developing strategies to motivate and increase participation, buy-in, and adoption.
A demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder relationships with exceptional results and to establish key stakeholder relationships.
A demonstrated ability to translate data and feedback into action.
Experience with a Client Relationship Management software (we use Salesforce).
