What you’ll love to do:

  • Partner with our growth and customer success teams to drive account growth, improve retention, and support new business opportunities through strong coaching and communication strategies.

  • Engage with educational organizations to understand their unique challenges and help them set, prioritize, and achieve their goals.

  • Lead and develop a team by directly managing coach managers and providing vision, guidance, and professional development for a broader team of instructional coaches.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and refine systems that enhance the efficiency and impact of our coaching program.

  • Apply coaching expertise to creatively support coaches and coach managers in navigating daily challenges within our coaching partnerships.

  • Balance the needs of clients, internal operations, and coaching best practices to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

An ideal candidate could also bring:

  • Experience in K-12 Leadership or Executive Instructional Coaching – A background in school or district leadership, or experience coaching at the executive level, is highly valued.

  • Proficiency with Client Relationship Management Software – Especially experience using Salesforce to track and manage client interactions.

  • Proven Success Managing Large, Multi-Stakeholder Projects – A track record of overseeing complex initiatives and delivering exceptional results.

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills – The ability to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships over time.

  • Experience and Comfort with Sales Conversations – The ability to engage in consultative sales discussions and contribute to business growth.
