Participant Recruitment and Relationship Manager
We are looking for a new team member to lead our post-sale participant recruitment efforts and to interact with existing clients and stakeholders to identify retention and new business opportunities.
This is a full-time, remote (work from home) position that also requires occasional travel (up to 20%) to client sites and events across the US.

What you’ll love to do
Take ownership of and improve our recruitment and relationship building processes
Create and manage post-sale recruitment communications and events. Examples might include: Coordinating meetings with K12 administrators to discuss recruitment methods and opportunities Leading virtual and in-person information sessions with administrators, teachers, and coaches Organizing logistics surrounding virtual & in person participant recruitment events
Partner with our sales and customer success team to develop and strengthen our relationships and identify retention and new business opportunities
Build relationships with key account leads and engage in discovery based sales conversations
Coordinate with our team to attend local and nationwide conferences to network and provide resources about how EdConnective & instructional coaching impacts K12 Education

An ideal candidate could also bring
Experience and comfort with selling and sales conversations
Experience in a K12 education role
Experience developing strategies to increase the adoption of technology solutions
Experience with a Client Relationship Management software (especially Salesforce)
A demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional results
A demonstrated ability to establish and manage customer relationships
