What you’ll love to do

  • Collaborate and communicate with all levels inside the education sector - teachers to state level cabinet members.

  • Champion early education literacy, utilizing credible methodologies - specifically Science of Reading

  • Thrive in multi-functional teams (operations, coaches, executive leadership) working towards common goals and ensuring the success of district and state level partnerships

  • Take ownership of and pro-actively improve our recruitment and relationship building processes with our partners

  • Partner with our sales and customer success team to develop and strengthen our relationships and identify retention and new business opportunities

  • Build relationships with key account leads and engage in discovery based sales conversations

  • Coordinate and present program information and data analysis/recommendations during scheduled occurrences with buyers

  • Account management - including fielding client questions, concerns and escalations via regular phone and email contact.
