This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires frequent travel (up to 75% during busy months) to client sites and ad hoc events in Utah.

What You'll Love To Do...

  • Build phenomenal relationships, increase buy-in, and drive usage within contracted Local Education Agencies (LEAs) by coordinating with principals, school and district administrators, as well as state-level contacts
  • Lead engaging in-person sessions with administrators, teachers, and coaches to generate excitement and create buy-in for the coaching process
  • Work closely with our customer success and operations teams to keep project timelines and deliverables on track 
  • Be persistent in engaging key account leads and contacts by delivering compelling conversations over the phone, virtually, and in person
  • Work with our marketing team to inform communications and campaigns as they relate to contract deliverables
  • Identify areas of high impact for student outcome improvement based on data and create & deploy resources to target growth


Additional Responsibilities 

  • Ability to work an external client-facing role that requires frequent travel within the state of Utah
  • Proactively learn and use our CRM system (Salesforce) to note activities and coordinate paperwork and reporting requests with our operations team
  • Collect and manage product feedback from schools and participate in product development conversations as they pertain to this contract
  • Design and manage program rollout to schools and districts ensuring their full adoption


Ideal Qualifications & Requirements

  • An education-related Master’s Degree or higher is highly preferred
  • Experience teaching, leading, and/or implementing Science of Reading initiatives at the early elementary level 
  • Passion for improving education
  • Minimum of 5 years in a K12 education role, preferably with a focus on early literacy
  • Strong communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire others
  • Self-driven, persistent, assertive, and entrepreneurial
  • Proven ability to leverage technology (i.e. phone, video, email, GSuite, Zoom, social media, etc.)
  • Are naturally solution driven and excel at asking questions and listening carefully to responses
  • Experience selling a service or willingness to learn; comfortable with selling and sales conversations
  • Must be a POSITIVE, can-do person, be adaptable to change

  • Experience developing strategies to increase the adoption of technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional results
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage customer relationships
  • Based in Utah, or willing to travel to the state of Utah regularly
